Are you faced with an IT issue? If you are, immediately contact the Service Desk via email@example.com or one of the telephone numbers listed below. Assistance will rapidly be provided: by telephone, by remotely controlling your screen, or on your premises.
The Service Desk is available on worked days between the hours of 8.30 am and 5.30 pm. These hours can be extended (from 7 am to 10.30 pm) and support is also possible at the weekend.
