Are you confronted with an IT incident? Then contact the Service Desk immediately at email@example.com or the appropriate telephone number which you can find on our page with Important links and telephone numbers. You will be helped quickly: by telephone, via screen capture or at your premises.
The Service Desk is available on working days from 8.30am to 5.30pm without interruption. Optionally, these hours can be extended (from 7am to 10.30pm) and support at the weekend is possible. To do this, take our 24/7 support option.
